What qualification should I choose to start a career in adult social care?

If you are new to adult social care, the Care Certificate or Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate can provide a strong starting point. Those with relevant experience or qualifications may be able to progress to Level 3 Adult Care and later Level 5 leadership and management programmes.
